Mrs. Angelia Hadley

Mrs. Angelia Hadley, who has been our dedicated principal for over six years. With a remarkable teaching career spanning more than 22 years, including 10 years in school administration, Mrs. Hadley brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to education.

Before joining Aukamm, Mrs. Hadley served as the Assistant Principal at The Sullivans Elementary School in Yokosuka, Japan, where she gained valuable experience in educational leadership. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, followed by a Master of Education degree in Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Hadley has taught at various schools, including Havelock Elementary in North Carolina, Ronald Reagan Elementary in Arizona, Zukeran Elementary in Okinawa, Japan, and Yokota West Elementary in Yokota, Japan. Her diverse experiences have shaped her into a versatile and compassionate leader.

Mrs. Hadley is deeply connected to the military community, both professionally and personally. Her husband, a retired United States Marine, and their two children, both graduates of DoDEA high schools, reflect her strong ties to the military lifestyle.

Working with military families is a true passion for Mrs. Hadley, and she considers it an honor to be part of the DoDEA family. Her love for children, dedication to lifelong learning, and commitment to serving the community are the cornerstones of her leadership. She is eager to continue making a positive impact on both the students and the broader Aukamm community.
