DoDEA Family Portal

The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm ET until Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.

Principal's Corner

Welcome to Aukamm ES!

Mrs. Angelia Hadley is the principal at Aukamm Elementary.

Mrs. Hadley served for four years as the Assistant Principal at The Sullivans Elementary School in Yokosuka, Japan. Her teaching career spans over 16 years. Her experience includes: Havelock Elementary in North Carolina, Ronald Reagan Elementary in Arizona, Zukeran Elementary in Okinawa, Japan and Yokota West Elementary in Yokota, Japan.

Mrs. Hadley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina and received a Master of Education degree in Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona.

Her husband is a retired United States Marine. They are proud parents of two children who are both graduates of DoDEA high schools. Their daughter is a certified Chef working in Florida and their son is currently attending college at the University of Houston. Mrs. Hadley is honored to be a part of the DoDEA family and looks forward to her time at Aukamm Elementary School. Working with military families is near and dear to her heart. Through her experience, love of children and lifelong learning she is excited for the opportunity to positively impact the student body as well as the greater community.

As we come to the close of another school year, it’s a moment to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished and the growth we’ve witnessed. It’s been a year of learning, challenges, and celebration, and we couldn’t be prouder of our students, staff, and families for their hard work and dedication.

May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month - a time to recognize the importance of communication and to honor the professionals who make it possible for so many students to find their voice. Across the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) play a vital role in supporting student success, regardless of location, language, or need. Though separated by oceans and time zones, DoDEA SLPs have found a powerful way to stay connected and collaborate through a Microsoft TEAMS group that spans the globe.
